Patty's Pool and Daycare privacy

Patty's Pool and Daycare uses Koydo ServiceOS to receive session requests, booking messages, attribution, and consent records. We collect contact details, service notes, address details, browser metadata, guardian acknowledgments, and consent choices you submit so the provider can respond and perform the requested service.

Childcare requests can involve sensitive family information. We do not sell intake data. Records are available only to the provider, authorized Koydo support staff under time-bound access, and vendors needed for payment, messaging, safety, compliance, and hosting.

To request correction, export, or deletion of eligible data, contact hello@pattys.koydo.app. Consent, safety, tax, transaction, and mandatory-reporting records may be retained where required.
